Oh man, are you in for a treat! In this live online workshop, we’ll be preparing a classic dessert found in Tuscany: Florentine Meringue. A little different from what you may have had in the US, the Italian version has a cream filling and is topped with wild berries, or “frutti di bosco”.
While we wait for the meringue to bake, we'll virtually whisk you over to Italy to soak in the atmosphere of their breathtaking home, a palazzo that has been lived in by the same family for over 500 years! Every corner is full of history and elaborate Art Nouveau details that make this house tour a one-of-a-kind, exclusive experience!

Anna Maria and Mariaemilia
Your hosts Anna Maria and her mother, Mariaemilia, will share the history and family stories that bring their palazzo to life. From the occupation and raids during WWII to the legendary Chef Martino, there is no lack of intrigue here! This mother-daughter duo make the most delicious creations using local ingredients around their hometown of Marradi in Tuscany. We're lucky to have this virtual experience with them and their amazing home (until you can visit in person of course)!
